New Assassin’s Creed Game to Be Announced in May 2011
February 14, 2011 // Comments OffThe next Assassin’s Creed game will be announced in May, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot has just confirmed.
Speaking to investors on a conference call this afternoon, Guillemot said the new game will be released this year. “We will have an Assassin’s Creed this year… We are going to give you more details in May,” he said, confirming that it’s a “packaged title”.
The publisher said it plans to pour more resources into the Assassin’s Creed franchise to make it even more profitable. The news follows confirmation last year that a new Assassin’s Creed will be released in Ubisoft’s next fiscal year, starting April 1, 2011.
